Medceries India Private Limited is committed to customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned or exchanged, and when refunds are applicable. This policy is published in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable Indian e-commerce regulations.

  1. Email customer.support@medceries.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue
  3. Our team will review your request within 2 business days
  4. If approved, we will arrange for pickup or advise on how to return the product

For defective or wrongly delivered products, we offer a replacement as the preferred resolution. Replacement dispatch is typically within 3–5 business days of return confirmation, subject to stock availability.

7. Manufacturer Warranty

Many products (especially equipment such as handpieces, scalers, and curing lights) are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. We will assist in coordinating warranty claims with the relevant brand principal on your behalf.

If you are dissatisfied with the resolution of a return or refund, you may escalate to info@medceries.com. Unresolved disputes are subject to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the jurisdiction of Consumer Dispute Redressal Forums.
