• All products listed are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw any product without notice.

• We supply genuine products sourced directly from authorised brand principals and distributors.
• Minimum order quantities may apply for institutional and bulk orders.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

4. Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of confirmed order shall apply.
• Applicable GST, shipping, and handling charges will be added at checkout.

5. Payments

• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets.
• For institutional orders, credit terms may be available subject to prior written agreement.
• We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

7. Limitation of Liability

All dental products supplied by Medceries are intended for use by licensed dental professionals. Medceries supplies products in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Clinical decisions, treatment outcomes, and professional responsibility remain entirely with the treating dental professional.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Medceries reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
