Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

Medceries ships to all states and union territories across India, including major cities, tier-2 and tier-3 towns. International shipping is not currently available.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays)
• Standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation
• Bulk and institutional orders may require 3–5 business days for processing
• Special-order or import items may take 2–4 weeks — you will be informed at the time of order confirmation

3. Estimated Delivery Times

• Chennai, Thrissur, Coimbatore (local): 1–2 business days
• Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana: 2–4 business days
• Other metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad etc.): 3–5 business days
• Rest of India: 4–7 business days
• Remote or hilly areas: May take up to 10 business days

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery location
• Free shipping may be available on orders above a specified value — check current promotions at the time of order
• Charges will be displayed at checkout before payment

5. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can track your shipment directly on the courier's website.

6. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please:

• Photograph the outer packaging and product before opening fully
• Email customer.support@medceries.com within 48 hours of delivery
• We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Returns Policy

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us. Re-dispatch charges will apply in such cases.

8. Institutional and Bulk Orders

For dental colleges, hospitals, and large orders, we offer scheduled and consolidated deliveries. Contact our sales team at sales@medceries.com to discuss arrangements.
